This type of facility will house programs that will include, but not limited too, such programs as Computer Access & Literacy Programs; GED/After School Tutorial Services; TMAP (Teenage Mothers and Fathers Assistants Program); and Businesses that will allow us to train and develop former inmates, school drop-outs, and the homeless.
